We look forward to meeting you.
If you are ready to explore your current life challenge, we are eager to meet with you in a confidential and safe setting. Some of the most common questions asked by prospective clients are Who We Are and the Fees and Insurance coverages available. We’ve created pages on this website to answer these questions.
What To Expect
We’ve set-up our office suite to mimic a warm and inviting family room. We offer made-to-order coffee while you wait. Session times are available Monday through Friday with evening appointments available. Our office is located at 11 Spokane Street, Suite 203B on the second floor of the historic Go USA building, one block east of South Wenatchee Avenue. Gated visitor parking is located on South Columbia Street on the south side of the building, directly southeast of CrossSport Gym and Encouraging Words bookstore.
Scheduling Your First Appointment
Please complete our one-page New Client Intake Form and return via Fax, or Confidential email. (You can also drop it by our office in the secured mailbox outside our front door). Once received, we will contact you with appointment times based on your preference and availability.
Preparing For Your First Appointment
Download and complete the Adult New Client Welcome Packet or the Child New Client Welcome Packet (Minors age 17 or younger) and bring them to your first appointment. In addition, bring your insurance card, Drivers License, and a form of payment – Credit Cards, checks and cash are accepted. (If you need hard copies of our Welcome Packet, swing by our office lobby, and find them in the top section of our magazine rack).
Thanks again for visiting our site as you embark on a journey toward hope, healing, and restoration!
Warm Regards,
Tim & Debra Bartlett
Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.
